Steps for Circles I Manage

Circles I Manage

Click Member Login on homepage or Global Network Login from any page.

 On My Profile page:

• Update your profile if you have not already (See Connect →Steps to complete My Profile)
  
  • Complete My Contact Details. Click Submit.
  • Complete About Me.  Click Submit.
  • Complete More About Me. Click Submit
• Once you have completed the above sections to go Circles I Manage. 
  
  • Click show if you do not already see your Circle icons.
  • Click Visit to see how your Circle is shown to the Global Network.
    
    • If it is blank you will want to create a page for your Circle
  • Click manage to make changes to your Circle page, members and connections.
• This takes you to your Circle Page
  
  • Complete About Our Circle
    
    • Complete only the required fields until all members have their Circles activated.  This is important for matching.
    • Click Submit before going to the next section.
  • Complete the required fields in More About Our Circle
    
    • Complete only the required fields until all members have their Circles activated.  This is important for matching.
    • Click Submit before going to the next section.

 At the bottom of the page you will find Manage This Circle with eight icons that are important to your Circle.

• First click on Settings. 
  • Select Who can see my Circle?  You can decide who can see your Circle icon and Circle page. 
  • Select Any member in the Global Network if you want to find a connection or a member for your Circle
  • Select Only my Circle and our Connections if you only want to be visible to those you choose to connect
  • Select Only my Circle members if you do not want your Circle to be visible to others.
  •  Enter the name of your Circle
  • Click Save Changes
  • Click Circle Profile Page at the top of the page to continue to work on your Circle

• Under Manage This Circle
  • Click on Circle Members
    
    • You will see the members who are in your Circle
      
      • Those you invited
      • Others who have asked to be in your Circle
    • You can Reject or Approve any member
    • To find new members for your Circle click on Global Network members
      
      • Under Circles You Manage click on Find new members to join your Circle
      • Search the Global Network that has selected members who fit your profile
        
        • Click Visit to see their Homepage
          
          • If it is blank they have not yet created a homepage
          • Click back arrow until get back to Circle Member List
        • Click invite new users to your Circle
