Women's Circles are a place where the collective wisdom surfaces from inside out principally because there are agreed-upon communication guidelines. They support the creation of a safe space, where each member knows she will be heard and her story honored, and that everyone is equally valued. To get the most out of your time together and to deepen your connections in the Global Network, we recommend practicing Circle principles.
